Quotes and 'Bespoke' Orders
Unless you are ordering items specifically listed in our shop, there are many variables that can affect your order. Therefore, for these 'Bespoke' orders, we ask you to contact us for a quote before placing an order. We can discuss and clarify the detail of your requirements.
How to get a quote
Before requesting a quote, we would ask you to consider the following:
- The army you are collecting
- Scale required
- Items that are ‘available now’ in our shop
- Supplying an army list showing:
- The detail of each figure type or model required (eg for Ancients - Regular/drilled, Psiloi/LF armed with a sling or for WWII - Item reference numbers from the Battlefront catalogue at www.battlefront.co.nz)
- Number of each figure type or model required
- Rule set to be used
- Basing requirement (if required)
- Simple fixing to bases
- Fixing to bases with terrain finish
Then contact us with the relevant information and your
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email address
How to place a 'Bespoke' order
Please contact us with your quote details . Note we must receive a deposit before we can process your order and full payment before we can dispatch it. Please see make a payment. All 'Bespoke' orders will be acknowledged by an Order Confirmation.
Postage and Packaging
P&P Charges for 'Bespoke' orders
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit and will be sent insured by Royal Mail special delivery or Courier, depending on the size of the order.
The following rates will apply:
5% of order value for UK deliveries – min £7.50
10% of order value for European deliveries – min £15.00
20% of order value for ROW deliveries – min £40.00
P&P Charges for shop items
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit and will be sent by Royal Mail. Painted items will be sent insured by special delivery or courier depending on the size of the order.

All orders will be confirmed by Email
Terms and Conditions
All quotes and estimates are given in good faith based on the information available at the time. We reserve the right to modify our quotes and estimates if unanticipated work is required or revealed. The Client will be informed of any such modifications as early as possible.
Delivery charges (P&P) are based on full invoice value of the items ordered before any applicable discount or offer is applied.
Payments for 'Bespoke' orders made via Paypal will be subject to a 3% administration charge.
The Client is responsible for payment, to the appropriate authorities, of any duty or tax that may be due for goods shipped outside the UK.
Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt if the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase. The goods must be returned in good order and in their original packaging. The cost of the goods less P&P charges will be refunded.
On acceptance of your order, we will require:
For shop items - full payment prior to dispatch
- For 'Bespoke' orders - a 33% deposit at time of order (minimum £60) with full payment prior to dispatch
