6th April 2008 - Salute 2008
Ancient and Modern Army Supplies will be attending Salute '08 on 19th April at ExCel London.
As well as our usual displays of 15mm and 25mm painted figures and the display boards for our Donnington Miniatures ranges , we are also launching several new and repackaged products:
- Ancient and Medieval Artillery – An extensive range of 15mm artillery including catapults, balitas, carroblistas, onager/mangonels, perriers, trebuchets, bombards and cannons. We also have a wide range of crew to man this pieces.
- ‘Field of Glory’ Starter Armies – Fully painted 650pt armies designed for gamers in a hurry for a new army or those new to the hobby. Each army comes with a set of bases.
- ‘Field of Glory’ Cohesion Markers – A range of casualty figures used to indicate battle group cohesion state. They look so much better than counters or markers on the war games table. We have both ancient and medieval figures that are available either painted or unpainted.
Please note that we do not carry much stock at trade shows. So, if you are planning to buy items from our Donnington range at Salute, to avoid disappointment, pre-order your figures for collection at the show in the online Shop (details on how to do this are available in the shop). Please place your order at least 4 days prior to the show.

24th October 2007 - Warefare 2007, Reading 17th-18th Nov'07
Ancient and Modern Army Supplies will be attending the Warefare show at Reading this year www.readingwargames.co.uk.
As well as our usual displays of 15mm and 25mm Ancients painted figures and Flames of War painted sets, we will also be displaying our recently acquired 'Donnington Miniatures' 15mm figures and models for the first time. Donnington Miniatures
Ancient and Modern Army Supplies is pleased to announce the purchase of Donnington Miniatures.
Ancient and Modern is an established supplier of fully painted armies for the discerning table top war gamer. The company takes the pain out of fielding a new army by researching, procuring and painting the figures required by its Clients. The acquisition of Donnington Miniatures compliments Ancient and Modern's existing business, allowing it to supply painted figures in a more cost effective and timely fashion.
The Donnington product offering will not disappear from the market as Ancient and Modern are fully committed to developing the Donnington figure ranges. Customers can continue to purchase the existing ranges and, over the coming months, look forward to new offerings. For example, Donnington figures will soon be available fully painted as well as in bare metal.
